Description

• Stardog, the leading Enterprise Knowledge Graph platform. • Turns data into knowledge to power more effective digital transformations. • Responsible for overseeing successful delivery and implementation of Stardog’s Enterprise Knowledge Graph and Voicebox solutions. • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, on-time and on-budget delivery. • Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, coordinate resources, mitigate risks, and provide clear communication. • Handle multiple concurrent projects, driving continuous improvements in processes, and ensuring a seamless transition from implementation to ongoing support. • Strong communication skills required for remote interactions.

Requirements

• Overall 10+ years of enterprise software experience, with at least 5+ years in implementation management. Previous experience with subscription billing and/or revenue implementation projects is a strong plus. • Proven experience collaborating with top-tier Global System Integrators (e.g. Deloitte, PwC, Ernst & Young (EY), Accenture) to drive enterprise-level delivery and partnership programs. • Lead end-to-end project management for the delivery and implementation of enterprise knowledge graph solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
