Description

• Manages transitions of Large Corporate Market 401k Plans & TEM/Tax Exempt to Voya • Documents and tests existing client upgrade/enhancement projects • Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through best practice research and fact-finding • Develops or modifies processes to resolve moderate to complex business issues • Supports design, build and test planning phases in Omni for enhancements and projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of OMNI experience required (7.4 preferred) • Proven communication and problem solving skills, detail-orientated. • Proven technical proficiency and desktop computing skills. • Able to multi-task and possess the ability to reprioritize tasks as necessary. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a directly related field (preferred)
