• Berklee College of Music seeks a Manager for Marketing Technology & Data Operations • Oversee marketing technology use, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve marketing technology ecosystems • Partner with Analytics team for data capture and analysis • Lead management of marketing technology stack and data governance • Develop best practices for data collection, integrity, governance, privacy, and security • Help develop marketing technology roadmap and lead change management initiatives • Provide leadership to the marketing technology and data operations team

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing operations and/or marketing technology • At least 5 years of hands-on work creating, optimizing, and managing complex processes and workflows • Proficiency in marketing technology solutions such as CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and more • Marketing Cloud Admin certification is preferred • Technical skills in SQL/SOQL, Ampscript, HTML, CSS • Expertise in email campaign procedures and compliance regulations • Experience with marketing attribution and campaign performance analytics • Proven ability to gather, monitor, and analyze information • Experience creating process diagrams with LucidChart or related programs • Project management experience, familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience
