🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related skill set • 10+ years of working experience in brand management, creative development, or marketing. • Proven experience leading and developing creative teams. • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and brand storytelling. • Ability to optimize workflows and processes balancing efficiency and creativity. • Data-driven mindset with experience using reporting and analytics to measure effectiveness. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
