📋 Description
• Better is reimagining home finance and making it faster, cheaper, and easier for everyone to become a homeowner. • We leverage creative technology and innovation to make the home buying journey more approachable and understandable and home finance more affordable and accessible. • Better Mortgage is excited to add a Government Insuring Auditor to our growing Government Insuring team! • We are looking for a team member who is well-versed in the insuring process for government mortgages. • Strong candidates will have experience in insuring loans while adhering to HUD guidelines.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience and understanding of the closing / mortgage transaction process • Prior government insuring experience FHA, VA, USDA required • Familiar with both FHA and VA submission requirements • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment • Detail oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and time manage to maximize output • A self-starter with strong integrity to work in the best interest of consumer and in compliance with all federal guidelines and agency requirements
