Description
• Working closely with recruitment specialists on different vacancies • Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks • Communication with candidates (cold emails, LinkedIn, etc.) • Searching for new contacts and maintaining the Database.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience as an IT Researcher/Sourcer • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) • Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels • Experience in Market Research and analysis, exploring the salary ranges • At least an Upper-intermediate level of English • Excellent communication skills • High level of self-organization, responsibility, and sociability.
