You will be surrounded by people who challenge, support, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself. • The Director of Order to Cash is an analytical and process-driven leader responsible for overseeing all functions and workflow of the order process, including order review, fulfillment, billing, and collections. • This is a leadership position reporting to the VP Order to Cash. • Direct oversight and responsibility for order management, fulfillment, billing, and day-to-day collection activities... • Collaborate with revenue operations, deals desk, renewals teams, and accounting to ensure orders are primed for processing and meet all compliance and processing requirements... • Ensure an effective compliance and governance process and monitor progress, risks/issues, and barriers, and create applicable mitigation strategies...

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience, accounting experience desired • Minimum 7 years of concentrated experience in order to cash process • Microsoft office suite • NetSuite experience • Salesforce experience • Strong executive presence with proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives. • Data driven with proven success leveraging data and analytics to inform and shape policy and decisions. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Leadership capacity to resolve complex problems within a cross-functional environment • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment • Ability to work well independently, in a team environment, and with remote employees • Ability to coach and mentor team members • Strong sense of ownership and urgency • Extremely detail-oriented • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Follow outlined policies and procedures, make recommendations for and implement process changes
