Description

• Collaborate with senior leaders for growth in eastern seaboard • Develop and execute a regional growth plan with 10% annual growth target • Champion design excellence and quality execution using firm-first methodology • Build high-performing, diverse, and inclusive leadership teams • Define and execute strategic regional growth plans • Identify growth opportunities and year Net Signed Fee targets • Support new ideas and services to differentiate the firm • Champion best practices in project and risk management • Represent the firm at external events, reinforcing the brand

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required • At least 20 years of related experience or equivalent • Experience in the A/E/I industry • Proven track record of leadership • Connected externally and visible in the region • Champion Living-Centered Design ethos • Demonstrate ownership and accountability • Be a great teammate advocating collaboration • Champion entrepreneurial behavior • Communicate effectively to energize and motivate
