Description

• This position is a member of our West Region team. • Candidates must live in CA, WA, OR, UT, AZ, or NV to be considered. • This role will serve as the strategic advisor and business partner to regional leadership to align technology strategy with business growth and operational goals. • Drive innovation and optimize technology solutions by collaborating closely with other regions and shared technology teams. • Lead a regional business technology ecosystem of multidisciplinary teams. • Provide thought leadership as a key member of the regional leadership team. • P&L responsibility for technology spending and budgets for the region. • Drive innovation by identifying new technologies, trends, and partnerships. • Champion the adoption of common platforms in support of regional business goals. • Collaborate with product and platform teams for enhancing service offerings and improving operational efficiency. • Ensure technology initiatives comply with corporate governance policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, with a proven track record of success in business unit technology leadership roles. • Change Transformation demonstrated in startups or strategic transformational initiatives. • Proven experience in consulting and relationship management client-facing leadership roles. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability. • Skilled at conflict negotiation and achieving alignment. • Build rapport and credibility as a strategic partner. • Exude energy, focus, humility, assertiveness and diplomacy. • High level of business and financial acumen. • Strong understanding of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
