You will be surrounded by people who challenge, support, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself. •As the Sr Director, Revenue Accounting, you’ll lead and manage the revenue accounting team. •You’ll collaborate closely with teams across BeyondTrust, providing strategic insights and guiding the revenue accounting function as a trusted business advisor to the Go to Market organization. •With a focus on automation, scalability, and process improvement, you’ll help streamline operations and set a high standard of excellence. •The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven record of building high-performing teams and enhancing operational efficiencies, ready to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance •12-15 years of professional experience with a mix of public accounting experience and Software/SaaS experience •Strong understanding of US GAAP, ASC 606, and revenue recognition principles •Proven supervisory skills with at least 5 years in a revenue accounting leadership role •CPA certification •Strong working knowledge of financial systems including Netsuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and Salesforce •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand business needs, analyze complex issues, and present ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences •Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, fast-growing company
