Description

• BeyondTrust is a cyber security SaaS company. • We seek a tech-savvy, detail-oriented procurement specialist with expertise in procurement to pay processes. • Drive process improvements through analysis and strategic thinking. • Manage Supplier Information Management and vendor compliance. • Ensure supplier information is accurately submitted and compliant. • Manage logistics carrier accounts and verify invoice accuracy. • Optimize efficiency and create workflows for supplier requests. • Assist AP and internal customers with issues and inquiries. • Design analytics and reporting metrics for key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or business operations management • Understanding of Procure to Pay, finance, and PR/PO, 3-way match processes and workflows • Strong understanding of global vendor management and compliance • Strong analytical skills • Enjoy learning new technology, and have experience with systems and supporting software • Collaborative team player willing to assist as needed to create strong relationships with internal customers and suppliers • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and find resolutions for complex matters while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially
