Description

• The Campus Recruiter has the primary responsibility to build a pipeline of qualified candidates from universities and colleges to ensure the organization has the talent it needs to achieve its business goals. • In this role, the Campus Recruiter will build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities, identify and recruit top talent candidates and promote careers at Bierman Autism Centers. • The Campus Recruiter will play a crucial role in promoting Bierman Autism Centers’ employer brand and creating a positive candidate experience. • Qualified candidates will enjoy working on a team, demonstrate excellent communication skills, be well organized, flexible, and dependable. • They will be highly motivated, naturally take initiative, be willing to learn, remain curious, and look to make a larger, positive impact. • Candidates must be open to travel up to 30%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or related field required • 3+ years of campus recruiting, or talent acquisition required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders including university faculty, staff, and students • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality • Knowledge of MacOS and be comfortable operating in a primarily Mac OS environment • Ability to travel to different colleges campuses and Bierman Autism Centers sites both locally and nationally to attend recruitment and other events • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time • Must be able to maintain prolonged periods of working on a computer while sitting at a desk • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs
