Description

• Work with clients to architect, deploy, and optimize EDB Postgres AI-based solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business-critical problems. • Lead deployment of data and AI systems in diverse environments. • Design robust monitoring and alerting systems for high availability. • Troubleshoot performance issues and enhance speed and reliability. • Serve as a technical mentor for client teams, developing documentation and training materials. • Stay updated with EDB Postgres AI advancements and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in database engineering, focusing on PostgreSQL (preferably EDB technologies). • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, SQL tuning, PL/pgSQL, K8/OpenShift, CNCF, and experience with performance profiling and query optimization. • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand and empathize with client needs. • Knowledge of scripting and automation tools such as Python, Shell scripting, or similar languages. • Understanding of database security, compliance requirements, and data privacy laws.
