📋 Description

•BigID is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People & Culture Intern to join our team. •You’ll gain hands-on experience in HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement. •Join a people-centric culture that is fast-paced and rewarding: you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people in the industry who value innovation, diversity, integrity, and collaboration. •Assist with the onboarding process, helping to create a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires. •Support employee engagement initiatives, including planning events, recognition programs, and wellness activities. •Assist in drafting and updating internal communications, such as company announcements, newsletters, and holiday calendars. •Conduct research to support People policies, programs, and best practices. •Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to learn the role of HR. •Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team, including document management, reporting, and special projects.

🎯 Requirements

•Interest in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (currently pursuing a degree preferred). •Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills •Experience with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) •Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment •Be approachable, with excellent people interaction and customer service skills
