Requirements

• Background in People Partner or People Operations roles with a focus on employee experience, particularly in tech or startup environments. • Familiarity with employment laws in the UK, US, and Europe. • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills for decision-making and operational improvements. • Establish trust quickly and guide leaders with warmth, empathy, and influence. • Ability to lead group discussions and deliver engaging training and development. • Super user for HR tech tools such as BambooHR and automation tools like Zapier and Asana. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day tasks. • Growth-oriented outlook, resilient and motivated to continuously improve.
