• Drive analytical method development for drug substance and products • Collaborate with internal teams and external organizations • Lead analytical chemistry initiatives at CDMOs • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality control • Improve analytical methods and manage method transfers
🎯 Requirements
• Masters in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent • 10-15 years of industry experience in analytical chemistry • PhD preferred with 8-10 years of experience • Extensive experience in analytical method development and validation • Deep understanding of cGMPs, ICH guidelines, and FDA/EU regulations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills
