Description
• Provide program management leadership to cross-functional development teams • Lead planning development activities, including budgeting and timeline development • Create and maintain budgets, project plans/timelines, and meeting documentation • Facilitate Core Team meetings and program-level risk planning • Promote effective communication and prepare executive updates • Act as liaison to external collaborators for program deliverables • Monitor budget and spending across programs • Lead routine program budget meetings and special projects
Requirements
• BA/BS degree required • Advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience • Minimum of 7 years in program/portfolio/alliance management • Must have a scientific background • Extensive knowledge of research and development • Strong understanding of clinical product management processes • Comprehensive knowledge of project planning methods • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills • Strong self-management and organizational skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite • Experience with Smartsheet preferred
