📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of pricing tools to support business needs. • Create and maintain a structured process for recurring updates and maintenance of pricing tools. • Ensure pricing tools are optimized for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. • Monitor tool performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements. • Partner with various teams to implement pricing tools enhancements and integrations. • Lead the development of analytics to track and understand pricing trends. • Identify and pursue opportunities to standardize and optimize pricing. • Design and generate comprehensive reports to analyze the rate/volume mix. • Create dashboards and reporting structures to monitor and manage savings incentives. • Analyze market pricing trends, competitive positioning, and customer behavior. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for pricing strategies. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance pricing strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, analytics, or deal management. • Strong experience with pricing tools, financial modeling, and data analysis. • Expertise in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Experience working with CRM and pricing software (e.g., SFDC, PROS, Vendavo, or similar). • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience in the Life Sciences or Healthcare industry preferred. • Background in managing large datasets and automation of pricing processes preferred. • Demonstrated ability to drive pricing transformation initiatives preferred.
