Description

• Bionews is seeking a driven and results-oriented Manager of Performance Marketing. • Oversee a team of paid marketing specialists and execute targeted PPC campaigns. • Conduct audience research, craft ad copy, manage budgets, and generate performance reports. • Collaborate with internal teams and design teams for campaign strategy and ad creative.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paid advertising, with a strong focus on PPC campaigns in the healthcare or patient advocacy space. • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across multiple platforms. • Excellent understanding of PPC best practices, including audience targeting, keyword research and ad copywriting. • Deep knowledge of campaign performance metrics and ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using marketing analytics tools and platforms. • Passion for patient advocacy and a commitment to improving the lives of people living with rare and chronic diseases. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams. • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
