• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and subject matter experts. • Deliver tailored value propositions and support members in leveraging BioPhorum’s initiatives. • Own and execute account management plans, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks. • Leverage client insights for workstream and program development. • Identify opportunities for growth and collaboration with commercial teams. • Partner with Phorum facilitators for consistent client experiences.

Requirements

• Biopharma Expertise: A deep understanding of drug substance operations and the biopharmaceutical sector. • Client Management: Proven success in cultivating and managing client relationships, delivering tailored solutions that drive results. • Strategic Mindset: The ability to balance detail-oriented execution with high-level program development and growth identification. • Collaboration Skills: Experience working in cross-functional teams to achieve impactful outcomes. • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. • Desirable Experience: Project and stakeholder management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. • Knowledge of operational or regulatory frameworks within biopharma.
