Requirements

• Demonstrable consistent, proven success in new business sales within Biotech/Pharma/Life sciences in a technical SaaS environment, including preferably, some experience in a startup company • Strong technical mindset; skilled and proven to be successful at business development in a highly technical field whilst maintaining strong sales focus on achieving targets • Willingness to keep up with technology trends, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and driving initiatives to fruition • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Experience with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and analytics • Scientific academic background desirable but not essential
