📋 Description
• At BioRender, our mission is to accelerate the world’s ability to learn, discover and communicate science. • We are looking for a passionate and motivated Business Development Representative with a love for selling. • This role is remote-friendly within Canada. • You will be successful in this role with excellent customer curiosity, a continuous improvement approach, and a self-starter attitude. • Your responsibilities include prospecting new leads, organizing sales leads in CRM, and leveraging prospecting tools to research companies.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year of prior experience as a BDR in a SaaS environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Not afraid to pick up the phone and cold call • Strong self-motivation and willingness to go beyond strict job responsibilities • Committed to meet/exceed goals with a proven history of consistent high achievement • A bachelor of Science degree or equivalent is a plus (e.g. within the fields of life science, including biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, biochemistry, etc)
