Description

• Team Lead for Field Sales who can drive new business through ISV partnerships and lead a team of Account Executives. • Manage a team of Account Executives focused on selling Bird’s CRM and communication solutions through ISVs, aiming to exceed revenue targets. • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to drive results and ensure the successful execution of Bird’s ISV strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. • Proven ability to manage and grow ISV partnerships, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. • Experience leading and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on driving performance and accountability. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with ISV partners at the executive level. • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Bird preferred) and pipeline management tools.
