• Responsible for implementing commercial strategy and managing customer relationships. • Collaborate with sales managers to achieve sales and gross margin objectives. • Develop and implement plans for customers and areas to grow market turnover.

Requirements

• Preferable degree and background in economics or equivalent experience. • Appreciated a technical training in the food sector. • Excellent communication skills; capability to score new business and develop the old ones. • Ability to analyze the market and understand customer needs. • Ability of plan and achieve objectives. • Knowledge of negotiation techniques. • General knowledge of the bakery/Pastry/ice-cream’s products, with preferable focus on chocolate and creams. • 3+ years of experience in the specific role, in B2B companies and in the sector of IRCA Group. • Proficient English. • MS Office (Excel and Power Point). • Knowledge of bakery/chocolate/ice-cream/pastry semi-finished products & markets/players. • Focused on results; problem solving; high energy and positive attitude; proactive; entrepreneurship. • Available to travel for more than 75% of the time; knowledge of the territory of competence and leading distributors.
