Description
• Manage and lead a team of Account Executives driving revenue growth. • Oversee the team responsible for generating new business and closing deals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment with Bird’s go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
• 5+ years of field sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering results. • 2+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams and driving performance. • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and experience in managing multi-stakeholder deals. • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Bird preferred) and pipeline management tools.
