• Cozy CRM Team provides onboarding and retention services to a continually growing customer base. • Implement communication strategies with current customers, explore user journeys, and convert insights into engagement touch points. • Increase customer retention and engagement through multichannel campaigns and newsletters. • Analyze and improve all active campaigns and optimize user segmentation strategies. • Generate and implement ideas for key metrics enhancement. • Conduct A/B tests of business hypotheses through new communications launch.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a CRM Manager / Email Marketing Manager for 1+ years (b2c; iGaming will be a plus). • Strong knowledge of Marketing Effectiveness metrics across the customer journey. • Proficient with any Customer Engagement Platform. • Understanding of user segmentation. • Basic knowledge of logical operators, HTML, and API. • Being goal-oriented & customer centric. • Being on trend with Internet Marketing. • Upper-intermediate English or higher.
