• Seeking a Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about customer experience. • Guide customers through onboarding, product adoption, and daily use of software. • Act as the voice of the customer and provide guidance externally. • Lead product demonstrations and provide support during pre-sales meetings. • Respond to onboarding, support, and training-related inquiries.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • 1+ year experience in ERP, IMS, Accounting, or Software Training. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Comfortable engaging with customers of varying technical backgrounds. • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
