🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years experience in a customer-facing role; SaaS experience preferred • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships of varying levels of complexity and interaction • A proactive, positive and ambitious mindset • High attention to detail • To be an excellent communicator among both internal and external audiences
