• Bisonic is seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our video game publishing team. • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies and partnerships to drive user acquisition, increase engagement, and maximize revenue for our games. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance. • Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives to increase user acquisition and engagement. • Identify and engage with partner communities and influencers within web3 to drive product integrations and cross-IP partnerships. • Conduct market research and analyze user data to identify target audience and optimize marketing campaigns. • Create and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels. • Optimize user acquisition funnels and conversion rates to maximize ROI. • Work closely with product teams to identify and implement product improvements and features that contribute to user growth and partnerships. • Collaborate with data analytics team to measure and optimize performance using data-driven insights. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role. • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement for digital products, preferably in the gaming industry. • Experience conceptualizing and executing on influencer and KOL partnership agreements. • Experience managing IP partnerships and co-marketing arrangements. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. • Experience in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, display advertising, and mobile app stores. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. • Passion for video games and understanding of the gaming industry.
