β€’ Own and drive inbound lead generation strategies to deliver on key pipeline targets. β€’ Craft value propositions, buyer personas, and targeted messaging based on both current and emerging customer use cases. β€’ Execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand and conversion through digital channels, content marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising, ensuring the message reaches the right audience. β€’ Utilize Salesforce, Intercom, and other tools to manage lead flow, track performance, and maximize lead-to-opportunity conversion rates. β€’ Own the marketing funnel from lead acquisition to conversion, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to hit monthly and quarterly pipeline goals. β€’ Implement growth initiatives for free, trial, and self-serve offerings, optimizing revenue-driving activities like email campaigns, in-app messaging, and targeted content. β€’ Develop life cycle strategies to promote customer adoption of trial products, drive quick value realization, and increase conversion to paid solutions. β€’ Design and execute growth programs, including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer lifecycle marketing to drive engagement and conversion. β€’ Oversee content and webinar creation, ad copy, and other marketing collateral to ensure cohesive and high-impact messaging across all channels. β€’ Partner with sales to create high-value assets like case studies, product demos, and ROI calculators that can aid sales in closing deals.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on driving inbound lead generation and conversion. β€’ Proven hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, Marketo, and Intercom. β€’ Experience managing third-party resources, including digital agencies, content writers, and freelancers to scale marketing efforts. β€’ Deep understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing strategies. β€’ Familiarity with content marketing, SEO, and SEM best practices. β€’ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives concurrently. β€’ Data-driven with experience analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies based on insights. β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
