β€’ Now Hiring! Philippines Only 100% Remote β€’ In this unique and rewarding position, you’ll partner with clients and brokers, working inside carrier sites, benefit administration systems, and payroll systems to administer all health insurance changes. β€’ The Benefits Coordinator aids with and facilitates all things benefits for our clients. β€’ You’ll apply your already established skillset and knowledge to recommend enhancements to clients’ current practices, implement best practices, and provide clients and employees a top-notch service experience. β€’ Develops and maintains relationships and communications with internal partners, clients and our client's employees. β€’ Facilitates benefit modifications for our clients’ employee onboarding, offboarding and qualifying life event changes. β€’ Assists with open enrollment. β€’ Supports FMLA/Leave Tracking. β€’ Examine existing client systems, interface specifications and operational needs to consult our clients in the practical system design and/or system configuration of our client’s needs. β€’ Conducts benefit audits. β€’ Performs necessary clerical functions. β€’ Implement solutions that positively impact the entire client organization. β€’ Assists or prepares client and employee correspondence as requested. β€’ Performs other related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as benefits administrator in multiple benefits/payroll platforms. β€’ Outstanding communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. β€’ Must be adaptable to change in a growing organization. β€’ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. β€’ Advanced understanding of operational and benefits-related best practices. β€’ Effectively learning and navigating a variety of relevant systems and platforms. β€’ Organizing, managing and tracking multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. β€’ Delivering clear and effective presentations. β€’ Handling sensitive and confidential information.
