β€’ Job Title: HR Manager β€’ Location: Remote β€’ Work Shift: 9AM to 5PM β€’ Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time) β€’ We are looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations, with a focus on talent relations, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR process optimization. β€’ The HR Manager will play a crucial role in building a positive work culture, ensuring compliance, enhancing HR policies, and driving workforce development. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to improving HR processes. β€’ Key Responsibilities: β€’ HR Operations & Compliance β€’ Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with company goals. β€’ Ensure compliance with labor laws, contractual regulations, and company policies. β€’ Oversee and maintain HR documentation, records, and contracts. β€’ Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and performance evaluation systems. β€’ Talent Engagement & Development β€’ Develop and implement training programs and career development initiatives to support professional growth. β€’ Manage talent relations, conflict resolution, and workplace policies. β€’ Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, employee feedback, and evaluations. β€’ Work closely with department heads to enhance employee experience and retention strategies. β€’ Employee Relations & Culture Development: β€’ Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. β€’ Act as a trusted HR advisor for talent-related concerns, dispute resolution, and employee support. β€’ Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs. β€’ Implement programs that enhance workplace well-being, collaboration, and motivation. β€’ Strategic HR Planning & Process Improvement β€’ Identify opportunities for HR process improvements and implement effective solutions. β€’ Work with leadership to develop succession planning and workforce optimization strategies. β€’ Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to track trends, measure performance, and guide decision-making. β€’ Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or senior HR role. β€’ Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and contractual regulations. β€’ Experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. β€’ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership teams. β€’ Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
