β’ Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B sales environment. β’ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. β’ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects. β’ Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a willingness to take initiative. β’ Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools. β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. β’ Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
