Description

• As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through cold calling and email outreach. • Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Account Executives. • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. • Engage with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points. • Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives to further discuss product/service offerings and solutions. • Build and nurture relationships with leads through ongoing communication and follow-up. • Track key metrics related to lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B sales environment. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects. • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a willingness to take initiative. • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
