Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles across North America, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and meet talent needs effectively • Maintain and manage employee files, ensuring they are organized, accurate, and compliant with regional labor laws and company policies • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the company’s growth and expansion in the North American market • Track and report on recruitment metrics, adapting strategies to meet hiring targets and optimize processes. • Act as an employer brand ambassador by creating an excellent candidate experience and promoting our company culture

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting in the North American market, with a good understanding of USA and Canadian employment laws and regulations • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse backgrounds • Strong track record in building effective recruitment strategies for a variety of roles • Excellent organizational skills, particularly in managing employee documentation and maintaining records with accuracy and confidentiality • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software (preferably Bamboo) • Availability to work the afternoon shift to align with North American teams
