Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •At least 1- 2 years proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the US healthcare industry. •Strong understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and compliance regulations. •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment. •Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. •Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. •Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment. •Amenable to work in a graveyard shift
