Description

• Lead business consultancy engagements with customers. • Expert of the Bizzdesign Solution Suite. • Manage customer projects to meet deliverables within project timeframe. • Deliver business and technical services including training and consulting. • Ensure effective collaboration with customer stakeholders. • Drive double-digit growth through consulting and customer success management. • Improve customer success best practices and product offerings.

Requirements

• Experience in technology-enabled consulting services for large enterprise customers. • Experience in Business Consulting, Change Management, and Enterprise Architecture. • Knowledge of Enterprise, Solution, or Business Architecture modeling (e.g. ArchiMate, UML, BPMN). • Native German speaker and fluent in English. • Track record of driving customer value growth, including adoption and retention. • Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region. • Completed a Bachelor of IT or equivalent qualification. • Confident presenter and communicator. • Relationship builder, mentoring and inspiring customers to success. • High degree of honesty and integrity. • Strong results-oriented with agile output production.
