• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders • Analyze HR trends and metrics for decisions and solutions • Guide and resolve complex employee relations issues • Provide performance management guidance • Design and oversee multiple projects in support of objectives • Effectively design and deliver communications • Maintain knowledge of employment law for compliance
Requirements
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience • Multi-unit experience required • 75% travel required • Bilingual in Spanish
