• At Blackbird Health, we envision a world where every child receives the care they need. • Seeking a Lead Generation and Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive growth and engagement across B2C and B2B channels. • You'll build audiences and develop personalized, high-impact campaigns to nurture relationships and drive conversions. • This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lead generation, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role, ideally in healthcare or education. • Proven experience growing and managing B2C and B2B contact lists. • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) and CRM tools. • Experience working within a CMS to manage content. • Strong ability to develop and execute nurture campaigns and content-driven marketing strategies. • Analytical mindset with experience using A/B testing and data analysis to improve campaign performance. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for compelling messaging. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
