Description

• Responsible for providing the best quality technical field support and service to medical imaging customers. • Serve as a CT/MR Field Service Imaging Engineer for the Southeast Michigan region. • Assure that imaging systems are fully calibrated and functioning to OEM performance levels. • Evaluate the equipment, troubleshoot and complete PMs, installations and all related tasks. • Provide advanced-level diagnosis and repair of imaging systems. • Document processes created and educate end users.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred. • 3-7 years’ experience in medical imaging engineering or equivalent preferred. • 3+ years of GE, Siemens and/or Philips CT/MR experience required. • Ability to set and meet goals, meet deadlines, and organize work to be completed in a timely manner. • Mechanical aptitude and desire to solve problems using initiative and critical thinking skills. • Experience in delivering and demanding a high level of customer service.
