• Gather requirements from stakeholders to design and develop ServiceNow ITSM reports and dashboards. • Analyze ITSM data to identify trends and provide insights for service delivery improvements. • Create and maintain dashboards to track ITSM metrics and monitor performance. • Collaborate with ITSM process owners to align reporting needs with organizational goals. • Develop and automate reports using ServiceNow tools and SQL queries. • Provide training to end-users on accessing and interpreting reports effectively.
• 3+ years experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools, including Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboarding. • 3+ years experience with SQL queries and database management. • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics Studio preferred. • Knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes preferred. • Familiarity with ITSM reporting requirements in a large enterprise preferred. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred. • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and attention to detail required.
