📋 Description

• Understand clients’ business requirements and configure Adobe Workfront to meet those needs • Provide consulting services, training, and support for Adobe Workfront solutions • Enable clients to streamline their processes, enhance collaboration, and improve overall efficiency using the Workfront platform • Lead the end-to-end implementation process and provide training to clients and internal teams • Identify and record Key Performance Indicators, manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, project management, and support • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for all Adobe Workfront-related matters • Stay up-to-date on Adobe Workfront features, best practices, and industry trends to offer expert advice and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 7 – 10+ years of experience in a client-facing, solutions consulting position • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Adobe Workfront, including implementation, configuration, and consulting • Expert in Adobe Workfront Project Manager, Adobe Workfront Fusion, and Adobe Workfront • Strong understanding of Adobe Workfront's functionalities, integrations, and API capabilities • Experience with configuring workflows, reporting, and dashboards in Adobe Workfront • Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and client requirements are met • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms • Comfortable working with clients at all organizational levels • Certifications (Preferred): Adobe Workfront Certification or similar industry certifications • Education (Preferred): Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
