Description

β€’ Our mission is to turn every family's living room into a pediatric urgent care. β€’ This is an exceptional opportunity for a high performing seller to come in and be our one and only sales rep. β€’ Your performance and potential will heavily influence the opportunity to build a team. β€’ Close business and have the support from an all-star team of hand-picked advisors. β€’ Develop and implement a comprehensive payer partnership strategy to drive revenue growth. β€’ Build relationships with key stakeholders at health plans and understand their needs. β€’ Represent Blueberry Pediatrics at industry conferences and events to build brand awareness.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of full cycle closing experience selling to large health plans. β€’ You are an exceptional closer as demonstrated by your track record of attaining/exceeding quota β€’ Fluent in developing customized proposals, pricing strategy, contracting process, deal structure and contract negotiation β€’ Self-motivated and strategic thinker with the ability to flex, innovate, and solve problems creatively β€’ Ideally experience working within startup environments so that you understand the urgency of moving & learning quickly β€’ Existing relationships with payers is a plus, but not required
