•We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented People Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role combines talent acquisition, employee engagement, and operational excellence to create a seamless employee experience while aligning recruitment and people strategies with company goals.
•5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of recruiting for technical positions •Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and specialized tech job boards •Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools to enhance people operations •Experience managing organizational change and supporting business transformation •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment •Analytical skills, with experience using recruitment metrics to drive improvement •Passion for innovation in talent acquisition and delivering exceptional candidate experiences •Experience in an IT consulting firm •International contractor management experience •Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and emerging technologies •SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification is a plus
