You’ll be leading a team that provides intelligence to our product teams, building data products, as well as building predictive models that power our core products. • This work will have a direct impact on hospital pharmacies, by providing actionable insights that reduce drug spend, increase medication safety and compliance, and maximize staff productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative or data-intensive field - Computer Science, Engineering or similar discipline • IC experience in data science including predictive modeling, machine learning, or data engineering • Fluent in creating visualizations and Business intelligence reports. Can advise team on communication methods for technical and non-technical audiences • Expert-level SQL (MySQL, Redshift, Presto) • Experience using Sagemaker and other AWS ML technologies • Experience working in or extending a data lakehouse architecture • Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments • Knowledgeable in distributed data processing patterns • Ability to present results, in written and verbal mediums, to both non-technical and technical audiences • Experience with data reporting architectures (e.g Snowflake, RedShift) • Consistent record in unblocking teams and projects • Experience with SDLC principles and specific programming experience in Python and PyData
