Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably within the eCommerce or digital marketing industry. • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market. • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS, preferably Lever).
