• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to create new business opportunities. • Engage senior HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to introduce Blu Ivy Group’s services. • Build and execute personalized outreach strategies. • Develop and run targeted email marketing campaigns. • Identify and qualify high-potential leads and set up meetings or demos. • Document prospect interactions, track outreach effectiveness, and refine techniques. • Develop sales collateral and case studies in partnership with Marketing. • Provide insightful feedback to the team on trends or challenges observed in outreach.
• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally in the HR/Consulting industry. • Proven success in developing outreach strategies that drive results and fill the sales pipeline. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and the resilience to adapt messaging based on feedback. • Confidence and tenacity in connecting with and building relationships with high-level stakeholders. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies quickly. • Must currently be eligible to work in Canada • Nice to Have: Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or consulting services. • Strong understanding of the needs and priorities of HR, talent acquisition, and C-suite leaders.
