• Who You Are • The Sales Enablement Specialist will empower Cardata’s sales team, including Account Executives and Business Development Representatives, with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to sell more efficiently and effectively. • As a liaison between Sales and Marketing teams, this role streamlines sales operations, enhances productivity, and supports the team with targeted sales collateral and actionable insights to ensure success throughout the sales cycle.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, Marketing, or a related role • Preferred experience in SaaS, tech-enabled services, or managed services • Adaptable, analytical, and a lifelong learner with a growth mindset • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and conduct self-led research • Highly detail-oriented and process-focused with competencies in producing clear and organized documentation • A natural storyteller who can simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives • Strong written communication and presentation skills, comfortability with basic design (ex. slides) • Self-motivated and capable of independently managing projects
