• Create demand and secure sales by delivering and demonstrating the value of Elanco products. • Effectively manage territory through yearly action planning, account planning, and communications. • Develop solid business partnerships/relationships with customers, conduct virtual and in-clinic meetings, training sessions, and seminars. • Demonstrate professionalism at exhibitions and meetings, engage show attendees, and track account forecasts and budgets.
• University Degree, preferred Science or Business; • Animal Health Technician Diploma, or equivalent work experience. • 2 years sales experience or a minimum of one year of Elanco experience, or animal health industry experience. • Passion for animal health business with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively present information to a variety of audiences and respond to questions. • Must be able to speak both English and French fluently. • Strong business acumen and results driven influence showing leadership skills and strong learning agility. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and remain focused. • Personal accountability with high initiative and sound work ethics. • Knowledge of PC package tools, including but not limited to: word-processing (Word), Spreadsheets (Excel) and Presentations (PowerPoint).
