• VP level Relationship Manager for Southeast Religious Institution Group clients • Drive new client acquisition and market share growth • Develop strong relationships with Portfolio Management and Treasury Product Services Teams • Ensure adherence to audit, regulatory, and compliance policies • Analyze financial data for proper structuring of Bank's products and services • Provide leadership in Bank and community activities to enhance visibility • Negotiate terms for credit/cash management services
Requirements
• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills if a Credit Qualifiable job • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience. • In-depth verbal & written communication skills • In-depth collaboration & team skills • In-depth analytical and problem solving skills • In-depth influence skills • In-depth data driven decision making
