🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA role, with a focus on training and development. • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in using ServiceNow (or comparable ticketing systems) and Excel. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Preferred background in networking, with Network+ or beginner CCNA knowledge. • Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise-level ticketing systems for running reports. • Proficiency in using Excel to analyze and present data effectively. • Keen attention to detail to identify and address quality issues effectively. • Ability to anticipate training needs and take initiative in addressing them. • Flexibility to adjust training approaches based on immediate needs and feedback. • Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with the technical training team and other departments.
